Imagine running away to get married, just the two of you, and having an intimate wedding ceremony in a beautiful setting, without the pressures of a traditional ‘Big Day’.

With more and more people choosing to elope as a more meaningful and less conventional way to get married, we are delighted to offer one couple the opportunity to elope to The Lost Village of Dode in Kent. Celebrate with a low key wedding, just the two of you.

Our special little place was built for romance. Hidden away in an almost lost valley amongst the trees, it really is a secret escape for lovers. It’s perfect for the old-world romance of an elopement – the two of you, so in love that you just want to run away to get married so that you can spend the rest of your lives together – no stress, no hassle, no guest lists.

It’s exactly 6 months today until Christmas…..yes the C word….so as a very special early Christmas gift, we are offering one lucky couple the chance to escape to Dode for an intimate elopement.

Along with our superb team of suppliers bringing this special elopement package together valued over £5,500, one lucky couple will win;

💗 Your civil wedding ceremony in Dode’s decorated church or stone circle on the Saturday 21 December 2024 (prize must be taken on this date) for the couple and up to four guests.
💗 Stunning seasonal bridal bouquet and button hole from our supplier Moodyblooms Flowers.
💗 Photographer to capture the ceremony and couples shots with Matt James Photography.
💗 A special intimate champagne celebration dinner for two (option to include additional guests) on the wedding night cooked and served in Dode’s secluded onsite timber framed cottage by Dode’s caterers The Flying Pig Kitchen.
💗 Locally produced bottles of Prosecco for your celebration dinner from the surrounding vineyards at Dode – Silverhand Estate
💗 Accommodation in Dode’s 2 bedroom hot tub retreat cottage for the night before the ceremony and a ‘mini moon’ of two nights following.

• By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

• Entry is open UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of The lost Village of Dode and their relatives, suppliers associated with the venue or anyone professionally connected with the venue.
• No purchase necessary.
• We can not be held responsible for missed entries if the email is blocked by the recipient’s email client / mailbox.
• Prize / supplier details may be subject to change during the course of the promotion.
• The competition closing date is 20 August 2024.
• Winner will be selected from all valid entries and notified by the 27 August 2024.
• The prize winner will be notified via the email address associated with their entry. Entrants must ensure we they have provided their correct contact details.
• Prizes must be accepted in writing within seven days. Failure to do so will result in the prize being offered to the next randomly selected winner.
• We will securely hold and process your data in line with UK and EU data protection laws. Third party access to this data is limited to those providers we use to help carry our services to you and we will not share or sell your data to other organisations.
